Our goal in FMCI is to have a diverse
body of believers who are living in close, dynamic,
life-giving relationships
with one another and helping each other find God’s
perfect plan for their lives. We have implemented
HUGS (Home Uplift Groups) that meet in homes as
a tool to fulfill this aspect and create a close
family
environment where equipping and discipling takes
place. Specialty HUGS are another form of relating
to the people where they live and identifying with
them in their age group or everyday living interests.
A Specialty HUG is defined as: A group
of people with like interest who form this entity to
minister/learn/share
hobbies, which takes place in the setting of an off
church site.
